The Hummus shop opened at the Pardes kosher grocery store

The culinary project The Hummus, specializing in hummus, has a small shop. It is located in the Pardes kosher grocery store, not far from the Moscow Jewish Community Center. All food is cooked by The Hummus chef Anisim Braude.

Available - hummus, tkhina, falafel in a sandwich, falafel in a lunch box, shakshuka (egg on a spicy pillow of vegetables), scrambled eggs with vegetables, tea and coffee. All products have a kosher certificate.

Dishes can be taken with you, or you can eat on the spot - for this there is a small bar counter at the shop. When it gets warmer on the street, tables will be set up at the deli with chairs where you can have a bite to eat.

In the spring-summer season, the menu will be replenished with Sabiha (pita with hummus, fried eggplant, tahini, boiled egg, brown onion, parsley, fresh vegetable salad and shoog). These dishes will also be available for delivery.

Because of Passover, the grocery store is still closed, it will work again on April 2. The Hummus, like the whole Pardes, is closed on Saturdays due to Shabbat, and closes at 18:00 on Friday.
