Under the red sign of the closed Red Espresso Bar on Sadovaya-Kudrinskaya Street, the Red Café cafe opened. About this Life around told representatives of the institution.

The cafe was opened by a businessman from Germany, Alexander Hirsekorn (who has been living in Russia for a long time), along with several partners whose names were not disclosed. None of the founders of the cafe had previously been involved in the restaurant business.

Chef Dmitry Chaliapin is responsible for the cuisine at Red Café. Chaliapin spent the past few years in Sochi, where he worked on a menu for three restaurants. A new institution serves salad with baked beets and fennel (300 rubles), olivier with chicken and tobiko caviar (350 rubles), julienne with shrimp (380 rubles), pizza with ham and mushrooms (390 rubles), pizza with seafood (430 rubles) ) and pasta bolognese (390 rubles). Also on the menu are chicken meatballs with mashed potatoes (350 rubles), salmon steak with broccoli (650 rubles) and homemade beef dumplings (320 rubles).

For lunch, served from 12:00 to 17:00, guests are offered a salad or soup with a hot dish and a drink for 380 rubles.

Desserts and pastries at Red Café are prepared by themselves. Visitors can order a honey cake, panna cotta with berry sauce (180 rubles), tiramisu (250 rubles), apple strudel (270 rubles), creme brulee (250 rubles), macaroons (60 rubles) and mini-eclairs (80 rubles) .

Non-alcoholic drinks include coconut water (200 rubles), milkshakes (280 rubles), smoothies (300 rubles), freshly squeezed juice (300 rubles), lemonade (200-650 rubles). In addition, the cafe offers a large selection of coffee from one hundred percent Arabica, to which farm milk is added. There is espresso (150 rubles), cappuccino (230 rubles), flat white (230 rubles), as well as macchiato (150 rubles) and americano (150 rubles).

The menu contains alcoholic drinks: rum (350-400 rubles), whiskey (380-650 rubles), liquor (350 rubles), beer (350 rubles) and cocktails - Mimosa Coctail, which includes prosecco and freshly squeezed orange juice (350 rubles) ), grape-cinnamon "Daiquiri" (350 rubles) and strawberry "Margarita" (400 rubles).

The Red Café features an industrial-style 12-meter wooden bar and Edison bulbs. On Fridays, live music is played in the cafe, and jazz vocal evenings are held. The facility accommodates up to 80 guests.
