A new place in the food court area of the market. The owners are Vasily Sovetov and Andrei Kozyrev. Sovetov worked for ten years as a manager in the restaurants of Anatoly Komm - Green, Kupol and Varvara, and Kozyrev is the owner of the Andvasgrill street food project. All smoked meats - fish, meat and poultry - are cooked directly in the Sliver premises in Canadian smokehouses using natural wood chips and sparing technology, with preliminary preparation in a sous form.
