On the second floor of the former Lenpoligrafmash plant in the territory of the Contour loft (Aptekarsky pr., 4), a new institution, Cliche Bar, was opened. Now he works in technical mode, the official opening will take place at the end of October.
The "Cliche Bar" menu still contains french fries, tacos, wok, and soon there will be falafel, soups, desserts and burgers. The price of dishes varies from 100 to 200 rubles per serving. The bar prepares original cocktails based on home-made distillate and tinctures, and pours ginger ale, beer, cider and wine. Here the price range is from 80 to 300 rubles per serving.

Initially, the bar was conceived as self-irony over ourselves and what we like. And we like what most fashionable young people like now - bicycles, burgers, beards and mustaches, cider, vegetarian food, exhibitions, craft drinks. It turned out to build a bar completely in six hands, I had to do something that I never did, but Google and the advice of Denis Degtyarev, the chief of Contour, often helped. The bar is assembled almost entirely from recycled materials that we received from the dismantling of "Mars" - the club that was in the "Dunes" this summer.
My wife and I began to make home distillate in early 2014, in particular absinthe and gin, as well as various liquors and tinctures. Of course, since then the thought of creating our own bar has not left us, nor our friends, who respect this alcohol-making. And this year, actually in the "Dunes", we met with the second half of our current gang. At that time, Vital just moved from Moscow to St. Petersburg and opened a cafe "Baltic" on Malaya Sadovaya. But after a month it turned out that the audience, interesting to him, visits places of a different format. Having walked along the beach, we decided that we want the same thing, and after the "Restaurant Day" in Contour we went to Karelia to draw up a business plan in the lap of nature with a box of the remaining alcohol. Having returned, we immediately got down to business and in a month did the main work.
Now the bar is open from 15:00 until late in the evening on weekdays and from 18:00 until the morning on weekends.
